We opened our first office in Mariupol, Ukraine, in 1990. Our primary scope has always been crewing: to source, select and supply Ukrainian Seafarers to Owners and Shipmanagers, globally.

Our quality service is based on two facts: (1) we are owned, managed and run by seagoing professionals who know what a ship needs, and, (2) we have deep knowledge of Ukraine and the seafarer community.

During the past 25 years we have offered continuous and successful crewing services, and have grown to own and operate five offices in Odessa, Mariupol, Kiev, Sevastopol and Piraeus.

We take pride in our work; it is what has kept us going strong and competitive in this global market. We accurately select the best available Seafarers with in-depth interviews (and more), and quickly propose the best candidates with sincerity, objectiveness and without prejudice to our international clientele for their pools.

We submit the truth at all costs. We stand by our word and we aim to keep it this way. Taking care of your crewing needs is our daily operation, our only operation.
